Job Description:
1. *Social Compliance:*
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure staff welfare including benefits working conditions and employee wellbeing programs.
Oversee health & safety initiatives conducting risk assessments implementing safety protocols and organizing training programs.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations including waste management pollution control and sustainability practices.
Conduct security audits to assess and mitigate risks to personnel assets and facilities.
2. *Technical Compliance:*
Implement production tracking systems to monitor and control manufacturing processes ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.
Establish traceability mechanisms to track raw materials components and finished products throughout the supply chain.
Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with technical standards identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Manage vendor audits to evaluate suppliers adherence to quality safety and ethical standards.
3. *Documentation and Reporting:*
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to social and technical compliance activities including incident reports training records and audit findings.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on compliance performance highlighting key metrics trends and areas for improvement.
Communicate compliance requirements and updates to relevant stakeholders fostering awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
4. *Continuous Improvement:*
Stay informed about changes in regulations industry standards and best practices related to social and technical compliance.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within compliance frameworks implementing innovative solutions where applicable.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive initiatives aimed at enhancing compliance culture and practices across the organization.
