Community Manager Content Creator

• Create content for our social media platforms i.e. X Substack YouTube & LinkedIn
• Creating lead magnets from existing & new content to increase adoption of our product offerings
• Take ownership & grow the social media and community channels of X Discord Telegram YouTube Substack and LinkedIn
• Being the main point of contact for member & nonmember queries on all community channels
• Work with key internal leaders to ensure communications are produced and sent on time and tracked for efficiency
• Design implement and manage community engagement projects/programs to increase awareness and adoption
• Track and report critical metrics pertaining to social media and website visits
• Owning the design and development of the members area and informing members when content has been added or updated
• Video Editing & Graphic Design

• Relevant qualifications with at least two years of experience in a similar role
• Organized diligent and can see both the details of a project as well as the larger picture
• Knowledgeable about social media marketing and digital communications with deep experience of standard methodologies
• Audiencefocused with a strong understanding of supporter journeys audience segmentation and user engagement strategies
• Prior experience in content creation across various platforms including tweets articles posters announcements short and long videos
• A good collaborator able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail accuracy & excellent communication skills
• Analytical skills; experience with or curiosity about using data to advise strategies
• Ability to take ownership of the role and relating products

• Relevant web3 crypto or DeFi experience
