We are primeCROWD (soon to be Gateway Ventures)

Our mission is to make startup investments accessible to everyone.

And our first step to getting there is by coming closer to our vision of being the most trusted partner for investors to invest, contribute and benefit from startups.

We do that through our investment platform, where we provide startups easy access to smart capital, and investors diligently screened startup investments.

Since Markus founded primeCROWD in 2016, members of our network have invested more than 21m into over 36 exciting companies.

We re an international peer group that combines years of experience in venture capital, startup and product management, marketing, and PR.

The Female Investors Network, currently serving more than 150 existing and future business angels is our way of enabling a more diverse investor ecosystem.

To continue providing a great experience as the FIN is growing, we need you to help us manage it.

Your Mission will be to..

• help interested potential members understand how the FIN could add value to what they re trying to achieve
• guide new members through the FIN experience
• structure the processes and offers of the network
• organize lively FIN events to foster a stronger community (we currently have monthly lunches where we share knowledge and a 6 week academy)
• help spread the word on the dedicated social channels of the FIN
• bring in your own ideas around how we can enable this opportunity for more future female investors
• find partners that share the vision of the FIN to jointly achieve greater diversity in the startup and investor ecosystem

Tasks

Some ways of how you will do that..

• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
• Build digital processes with the help of no-code tools and our developers (zapier, integromat, active campaign)
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Requirements

You have..

You are a great candidate for us if most of the following skills match to you

• The ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent writing skills (German required)
• Hands-on experience with social media management for brands
• Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
• Affinity and curiosity for the newest digital tools
• Attention to detail

Our process

The starting date is as soon as possible. However, we are willing to wait for the right candidate.

You'll walk through 3 stages:

1. Get to know each other: We use this to pitch primeCROWD and the FIN and get you excited to join. We'll also use this chance to see whether both our expectations align.
2. Get to know your skills/your strategy to learn the rest:
   Here we'll have a look at your prior work and potential assignments that were given after our first conversation.
   We're also super curious about how you approach unknown unknowns.
3. Final conversation: We're going to chat more about the position, what you value, what you took away from the interviews so far, and whatever is on your mind.

We are mindful of your time: Going through all stages can be done within two to three weeks.
Once you've passed them all we will extend a formal offer.
