Role Overview:

As a Community Engagement Associate youll play a pivotal role in cultivating relationships driving initiatives and fostering community involvement. Youll collaborate with diverse groups stakeholders and local entities to create meaningful programs events and opportunities that enhance community engagement and connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to engage community members and key stakeholders.
  
• Facilitate and coordinate community events workshops and outreach programs.
  
• Cultivate partnerships with local organizations businesses and leaders to support community initiatives.
  
• Act as a liaison between the community and the organization ensuring effective communication and responsiveness to community needs.
  
• Gather and analyze feedback evaluating the success of engagement initiatives and proposing improvements.
  
• Create compelling content for social media newsletters and other communication channels to promote community involvement and events.
