We are offering a permanent fulltime or parttime role(s) with flexible conditions including school hours considered with the following attractive benefits:

  1. Close working knowledge of Aboriginal culture and communities in the Kimberley and the ability to rapidly build trust within those communities.
  2. Critical interpersonal and empathetic communication skills including with clients and reflecting on our practice.
  3. Sound organisational skills and ability to manage workload and competing demands while meeting deadlines and working effectively as part of a team.
  4. Understanding and commitment to principles of social justice and to working effectively with Aboriginal people.
  5. Experience or aptitude in developing and delivering social change and/or education programs ideally in an Aboriginal context.
  6. Working knowledge of office systems and ideally some experience with basic print online design programs and computer databases.
  7. Personal resilience adaptability and ability to meet the challenges of remote service delivery.


* Experience working in NFP. * Experience working with remote indigenous communities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
