Communications Consultant
Scope of work
Assist in the implementation of communication plans to support organizational objectives and initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather information coordinate activities and align messaging.
Support creation of engaging content for internal and external communication channels including newsletters presentations and social media posts.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of communication materials and services.
Support the Communications Site Leader in monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Assist in the organization of events meetings and other communicationrelated activities.
Provide administrative support as needed including maintaining communication databases and files.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree/Post graduate diploma in Communications Marketing Business Administration or related field.
37 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the engineering or technology industry.
Ability to multitask and good stakeholder management skills are necessary for the role
Fluency in English speaking and writing will make it easier to deliver on this scope
Experience with presentation software (e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint) and other communication tools.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
