Communication Manager

MIGx is a global consulting company with an exclusive focus on the healthcare and life science industries with their particularly demanding requirements on quality and regulatory aspects. We have been managing challenges and solving problems for our clients in compliance business processes and many others.

Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for our first ever dedicated Communication Manager who can rise to the thrilling opportunity of building a communication function from scratch and join our team of professionals on a parttime basis. In this role you will significantly impact on the companys growth and how internal and external communication is managed.

For this relevant position you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and you will report to the CEO / Board.

Our ideal candidate will already be known for their creativity their insight and their ability to bring a story to life.

Tasks

• Develop execute and own our longterm communications strategy positioning MIGx as a leader in the minds of our target audiences by managing a range of earned and owned channels.
• Work crossfunctionally across different departments and teams to orchestrate impactful timely and targeted marketing communications across relevant channels.
• Establish our brand presence across multiple digital touch points in particular email social media website and SMS/WhatsApp with responsibility for converting the communication assets in digital format and coordinate the support of other teams and / or external agencies.
• Develop new CRM programs and email journeys.
• Manage MIGx internal communication.
• Plan manage and execute relevant campaign and communication initiatives for prospects to help drive results for the business.

Requirements

• 3 years experience in a similar role with experience in B2B communications and exec management.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder interactions at all levels.
• Solutionoriented proactive personality with project leadership experience who is motivated and can work in a flexible environment.
• Handson team player attitude combined with strategic thinking agility.
• Verbal and written communication at C1 level.
• Lifescience experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
