CommercialIndustrial HVAC Technician II

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial/Industries HVAC Technician II to join our team. As a Commercial/Industries HVAC Technician II you will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing HVAC systems in commercial and industrial buildings. This position requires a high level of expertise and technical knowledge in order to ensure that HVAC systems are operating efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Install maintain and repair HVAC systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
• Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure their optimal performance.
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs.
• Respond to service calls and perform troubleshooting to identify and fix problems.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technology and industry advancements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial/Industries HVAC Technician.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
