Purely Automotive Recruitment offers a wonderful opportunity for a Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to join our client based in Bolton Greater Manchester. Our client is a large privately owned dealer group employing over 300 employees 60% of whom have been with the company for 5 years or more. The company continues great success and possesses excellent relationships with all the manufacturers they represent in their market areas including Greater Manchester and Lincolnshire.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their motor industry career with huge potential to grow an important department within our client s business. From a local contractor with one van to a larger business who needs a fleet for national deliveries the right person in this role will thrive on building strong relationships and enjoy ongoing sales from referrals and repeat business as they nurture the local business database. From Contract Hire and Leasing packages to outright purchase transactions you will have a passion to provide businesses with the vehicles to ensure their success using your flair and excellent product knowledge.



Requirements

The company will expect you to consistently achieve sales registration targets and key performance indicators and this will include:

Maximising the sales and profitability of Commercial vehicles both new and used

Delivering a professional personal and enjoyable customer service

Ensuring revenue growth to meet business plan targets

Winning new business in line with agreed parameters

Visiting and telephone prospecting new businesses around the local area and generating social media activity

The successful candidate should possess the following:

A proven record within the B2B industry and excellent sales acumen

Excellent IT skills

Commercial awareness

Selfmanagement and drive

At least 2 years experience within a similar role within the automotive industry is essential

Sales experience within the commercial motor trade is even more advantageous

Full UK Driving licence
