The right individual for this position will be able to make great income while representing a brand you can be proud of. You must be good at prospecting relationship building and working with a longer sales cycle to close large projects.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Earn $75000 to $85000 in your first year (Base salary uncapped commission)

Job Description:

  • Serve as a Commercial Sales Associate for CertaPro Painters throughout the Atlanta area
  • Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in commercial painting projects
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes and proposals to clients
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate pricing and contracts
  • Coordinate and communicate with the project management team to ensure seamless project execution
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights

Essential Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated and targetdriven individual
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Detailoriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Experience:

  • Prior experience in commercial sales or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the painting industry and commercial construction processes
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
