Peninsulabased real estate client is seeking a temphire Commercial Property Manager to provide assistance with the management of their commercial portfolio. This is a fully onsite position with a salary budget of up to $125000/year depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this opening please attach your resume.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the daytoday and leasing operations of the properties in the assigned portfolio
- Accurately prepare monthly reports including status and variance reports
- Perform weekly property walks
- Manage tenant relations and address any inquiries
- Prepare and manage tenant events as assigned
- Prepare the annual draft budgets for the properties in the assigned portfolio
- Other duties as needed
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of experience in commercial property management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience using Yardi highly preferred
