East Baybased client is seeking a directhire Commercial Property Manager to provide assistance with the firm's commercial real estate portfolio and the management of those properties. This is a fully onsite position with a yearly pay rate of up to $110000/year depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this opening please attach your resume.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the commercial properties within the portfolio
- Manage vendor relations and purchasing processes for the properties
- Drive and manage the full sales cycle for event spaces and other commercial units within the assigned portfolio
- Manage event planning for spaces as needed
- Oversee the monthly and weekly financial close processes for the properties
- Manage leasing activities for current and future properties
- Other duties as assigned
- 3 years of experience in commercial property management or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Prior management experience required
- Ability to use Excel (entry to midlevel)
