Commercial Manager Law Degree Required

This is a remote position.

• Assisting in drafting legal documents and contracts including Letters of Intent and Offers to Purchase.
  
• Taking ownership of a high level commercial documentation that includes status tracking
  
• Responsibly managing property information by gathering organising and summarising data for distribution.
  
• Effectively communicating with all involved parties to ensure deadlines are met and transactions proceed smoothly.
  
• Occasionally facilitating document collection or delivery of contracts as needed.
  
• Coordinating and occasionally participating in client consultations as required.
  
• Handling transactionrelated administrative tasks such as FICA compliance with diligence.
  

• Law degree.
  
• Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  
• Keen attention to detail and robust analytical skills.
  
• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
  
• While experience in commercial real estate transactions is beneficial its not mandatory.
