Commercial Litigation Associate

We are working with asuccessful Nationwide, Construction LitigationFirm to fill the role of aCommercial Litigation Associatefor their inTampa Bayoffice.Previous experience in Insurance will be considered. This is afast growingfirm in which the associate will have the opportunity tocome in as a partner.

The Attorney will be working alongside with the firms partners conducting, litigation, collections construction equipment to GC s and subs, when they don t pay, they turn it over to us to pursue (not consumer debt collections) review contracts for clients, take depos, attend hearings and move towards handling trials w/a partner and on their own in years to come.
