Commercial Lines Account Executive

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial lines accounts
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions
  
• Provide insurance solutions tailored to client needs
  
• Collaborate with underwriters for negotiations
  
• Analyze and assess risks for clients
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
  
• Prepare and present proposals to clients
  
• Handle policy renewals and endorsements
  
• Resolve client inquiries and concerns
  
• Ensure compliance with insurance standards and regulations
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Insurance or related field
  
• 3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or account management
  
• Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
  
• Ability to analyze and assess risks effectively
  
• Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
  
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and retaining clients
  
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products and industry regulations
  
• Relevant insurance certifications/licenses (e.g. CIC CPCU) preferred
