InfraHire is looking for a Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Louisville KY.
Job Description:
As an experienced HVAC/R Service Technician in the commercial sector your role involves the maintenance and servicing of various HVAC equipment including package split and refrigeration systems encompassing different manufacturers light chillers small boilers etc.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing issues with HVACR equipment efficiently repairing and maintaining them to enhance performance and eliminate callbacks.
- Cultivating and sustaining customer relationships by fostering open communication enabling informed decisions for their facilities.
- Ensuring the upkeep of service tools and vehicles maintaining tools in operational condition and keeping the vehicle clean and wellmaintained.
- Managing daily electronic paperwork and communication utilizing electronic devices for checksheets work orders etc.
Qualifications
- Maintenance & Repair Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification
- Experience in the HVACR industry
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform job duties
- Ky Journeymans License
