About the role

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated proactive and selfsufficient revenue focused hunter to become our first inmarket employee in Hong Kong representing our business to customers in Hong Kong and Taiwan. This role will report directly to the APAC GM and will play a critical part in scaling up our truly unique AdTech offering.

As Commercial Director you will forecast execute and manage commercial strategy across all agencies in these markets to ensure revenue growth education and overall quality of service and performance is consistently delivered.

The responsibilities of this critical role include becoming an expert in SeenThis product portfolio establishing and cultivating trusted working relationships with key agency decision makers proactively showcasing how SeenThis streaming technology delivers media and business outcomes ensuring flawless execution while organically growing our trusted agency partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture trusted relationships with key agency stakeholders and decisionmakers as well as on the ground planners and account managers. Understand their strategic media performance goals and formulate SeenThis responses to help them achieve these objectives.

• Lead manage and drive revenue growth across independent and holding company agencies. Ensure flawless daytoday execution to foster growth and adoption of our technology.

• Manage adapt and extend existing agency commercial partnership agreements.

• Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets.

• Demonstrate the measured and verified sustainability benefits of streaming campaigns and showcase the unique added value.

• Advise clients by anticipating future needs and trends.

• Effectively communicate results and identify revenue opportunities.

• Act as a spokesperson for SeenThis technology and ensure that planners buyers and trading decisionmakers understand the value of our product and technology.

• Play a critical role within the team and contribute to the development of the SeenThis company culture and growth in APAC as a whole.

Qualifications

• Proven and demonstrated track record of agency sales revenue delivery.

• Existing relationship network across agencies.

• Detailed understanding of the media & AdTech landscape.

• Desire to change mindsets and start conversations on the sustainability of digital media strategies.

• Previous experience in a startup or scaleup environment is highly desirable.

• Cantonese plus Mandarin language skills desirable.
