Our client is recruiting for aCommercial Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the fitness supplier industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving/ strategically modelling forrevenue growth developing strategic partnerships andexpanding market presence.As the Commercial Director you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our commercial operations including sales business development and customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
• Lead and mentor a fantastic sales team providing guidance support maximise performance and productivity
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including fitness and facilitiesdistributors
• Analyse market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product development operations and finance to ensure alignment and execution of commercial objectives
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor sales performance track key metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management to evaluate commercial effectiveness and make informed decisions
• Stay abreast of industry developments emerging trends and best practices to continuously enhance our competitive position and market relevance
• Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences to promote our brand and build relationships within the fitness community

About you:

• You must be have experience in a similar position and have a proven track record of success in senior commercial roles within the fitness industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth and innovation
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data analyse market trends and make datadriven decisions
