Commercial Construction Superintendent

• Plan schedule and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  
• Supervise and manage all onsite construction activities including subcontractors and vendors
  
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with building codes regulations and safety standards
  
• Hold contractors accountable for safety of their technicians
  
• Collaborate with project managers architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
  
• Review project plans blueprints and specifications to identify potential issues or conflicts
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality progress and adherence to project plan
  
• Provide guidance and support to construction teams resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise
  
• Maintain accurate project documentation including daily logs progress reports and change orders
  
• Ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in construction or equivalent experience.
  
• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role with projects that match comapnys portfolio (710 Years of experience as a Superintendent)
  
• Strong knowledge of construction processes procedures and best practices
  Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. ProCore)
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  
• Strong problemsolving abilities
  
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles
  
• Ability to recognize work outside of the original scope of work and experience with construction estimating to provide information for change order
  
• Familiarity with construction schedules
