Are you a native or fluent Hebrew speaker who knows how to talk to clients and feel challenged by improving all processes regarding payments Who already has some experience in Customer Service or Cash Collecting and has some negotiation skills then we have an amazing opportunity for you!

Our client is a wellknown company that supplies industrial gases to the manufacturing sector. From food packaging to ecobuses their gases improve everything from the quality of our food to the air we breathe. The company has offices around the world and in Barcelona they have a shared service center with more than 300 employees

Tasks

  • Ensuring that outstanding invoices are paid on time and mediating current and potential payment problems and credit suspensions
  • Answering and handling calls and emails from customers regarding any questions or complaints regarding payments
  • Anticipating and communicating with customer services and sales representatives
  • Work closely with the credit & collections team lead on all credit issues and support other collections colleagues if needed
  • Maintain accurate and current logs of individual customer information

Requirements

  • Native or full professional level of Hebrew
  • Professional level of English
  • Experience in Customer Service preferably in the area of Credit & Collections
  • Knowledge of working with customer accounts
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting
  • Knowledge of MS Office SAP would be a plus
  • Degree in Business Administration or Economics is a plus
