Collections Analyst 1

MW Partners is currently seeking a Collections Analyst to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

• The Credit Analyst will be required to support the Credit Management team in the maintenance of a portfolio of direct enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include the collection investigation and prompt resolution of all customer disputes and deductions.
• The Analyst is expected to participate in various process improvement teams and assist in the credit analysis process.
• The Analyst will also be required to perform some departmental support tasks.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma is required College Degree is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• Should be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• SAP knowledge is a strong plus.
• The Analyst will be expected to multitask solve prioritize and work to a very high level of accuracy.
• They should also be capable of selfmanagement and learning with a focus on willingness to learn additional systems.
