Job Description

Tasks

As Collections Specialist you will:

  • Get customers to pay on time following company rules.
  • Answer customer calls and emails quickly; tell the right people about any problems.
  • Talk to customer services and sales about payment issues.
  • Help other collectors when needed.
  • Keep good records of customer info.
  • Work with the credit team lead on credit matters.

Requirements

  • Native level in Hebrew / Business level in English.
  • Experience in handling incoming calls preferably in the area of Credit & Collections.
  • Negotiation with customers and a number of internal partners dealing with collections dispute management account reconciliations charges/payments.
  • MS Office SAP (would be beneficial)

Benefits

  • Hybrid work 3 days from home 2 from office
  • Work hours: Monday to Friday from 7 / 7:30 to 16 /16:30
