We are currently collection and payment team and are looking for an experienced Collection Manager to join our mission.

Your impact:

• Responsible for day to day Collection Activity on global trade finance customers
• Collection activity centered mainly around 030 days portfolio of the regional market
• Continuously Monitor incoming payments and request remittances accordingly
• Ensure timely and accurate cash allocation
• Query management for deductions on payments
• Escalation in case of delayed payments // unsolved deductions
• Responsible for maintaining a clean portfolio by ensuring regular and timely follow ups with the sales teams and customers for upcoming repayments
• Provide operational support to transaction management

Requirements

These are your skills and attitude that you bring:

• Previous experience in finance payments or cash management
• BA Finance or Commerce
• Understanding and previous experience in global trade finance is advantageous
• Work closely with the team members and team leaders to provide constructive realtime/ scheduled feedback
• Great communication skills (English)
• Willing to improve existing processes
• MS Office // Google sheets experience
• Excellent Client and Stakeholder Management
