As we write this new chapter we are on the lookout for an exceptional individual to join us as a CoFounder and Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role is not just about managing our current success but is a call to action for driving our growth both saleswise and operationally. We are seeking a visionary leader who can propel Innovatexstudio to new heights expand our team and solidify our position as an industry leader.

Tasks

• Strategic Leadership: Drive operational excellence and strategic direction ensuring alignment with our core values and vision.
• Team Expansion and Management: Build and nurture a highperforming team fostering a culture of excellence innovation and collaboration.
• Sales and Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to boost sales expand client base and enter new markets.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency quality and costeffective management of resources.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with our prestigious clients ensuring their needs are met with our cuttingedge solutions.
• Collaboration and Integration: Seamlessly integrate operations with our IT partner agency leveraging synergies for maximum impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a COO or similar leadership role preferably in the digital agency or IT sector.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and operational excellence.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of the digital landscape including trends and challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building client relationships.
• Fluency in English. German is a benefit but not a must have.
