We are seeking a CNS Global Product Manager for our client, a very important international pharmaceutical industry based in the beautiful Lugano
Full-time Job: 40% remote 60% on site

The ideal candidate has a scientific or economics Bachelor Degree, a Master in Marketing would be a He or she has already had experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a marketing / sales position for specialty products, CNS He or she is fluent in English, knowledge of Italian, French, German, on a nice-to-have

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement global Brand Plan in full coherence with company’s strategy
  • Supportaffiliates deliveryof local brand plans
  • Ensureend-to-end responsibility & accountability forthe systematic commercial development of product(s) from launch preparation, execution, on-market support and obsolescence
  • Oversee marketing communication strategy agency selection, branding management (, branding guidelines, promotional items and materials), budget decisions, event management, clear positioning, messaging
  • Designand execute promotional activities (Detail aids, Message scripts, Advertising, Congresses, )
  • Developthe selling model for the product (call flow, commitment continuum) and ensures execution at a local level
  • Overseemarket research, sales evolution, demand planning and relevant KPIs related to product(s)
  • Developproduct(s) 5-year plan and budget with focus on countries and at HQ level
  • Lead, manageand monitorproduct-specific competitor activities and development of action
  • Developand negotiates global sales target; leads consensus-building activities with Head of CNS Therapeutic Areas to address them
  • Partnerwith the Medical Affairs team to optimize the brand performance (medical activities, KOL development, symposium preparations, )
  • Cultivateand developKey Opinion Leaders, product advocates, speakers
  • Recruits and manages external vendors

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • scientific or economics Bachelor Degree
  • experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a marketing / sales position for specialty products, CNS preferably
  • proficient user of Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI and IQVIA data management
  • expert in product positioning and branding
  • demonstrated experience of translating science into marketing messages or experience with product development projects
  • solid communication skills
  • able to lead and influence cross-functional teams within a complex global matrix environment
  • strategic thinking
