Experienced CNC Machinist needed. 3 to 4 years experience setting up and operating multiaxis CNC machines preferable.

Job Description:

The CNC Machinist will set up machines and produce quality parts using the CNC mills. Must be able to make complete and accurate set ups without assistance. Properly set up and run 3 4 and 5axis milling machines. Verify quality through inprocess inspection. Have the ability and willingness to run multiple machines. Read programs and make speeds and feeds program changes. Will troubleshoot jobs.

Requirements:

At least 3 recent years experience setting up and running multiaxis CNC machines desired. Aerospace experience a plus. Proficiency in using precision measuring tools. Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T. Understanding and interpretation of customer specifications. Familiarity with G and M programming codes. Proficiency using HAAS and Fanuc Control. Mazatrol turning a plus but not required. Must have grasp at basic math.
