Our client is looking for quality minded people to support our Rancho Cordova facility. We manufacture technical components for medical optical defense aerospace and biotech industries. We are driven by successfully meeting our customer needs. Day Shift (7:00am to 3:30am Monday thru Friday)
Requirements:
Requirements:
- Horizontal setup experience is required.
- Must have good working knowledge with horizontal mills. We have an Okuma 4 machine horizontal cell with a 40 pallet Fastems FMS system
- Offline CNC programming with software experienced MasterCAM Esprit CAMWorks SurfCAM GibbsCAM preferred.
- 5 years CNC horizontal machine set up and operations experience. Must be able to read and interpret manufacturing drawings with GD&T.
- Good working knowledge of GD&T to understand requirements to plan and program good parts. Selfstarter and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to communicate detailed instructions for setting up machines.
- This includes verbal/written communication in English.
