Role: Cloud/Kubernetes System Admin

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote in WJHTC NJ)

Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire

Clearance: Must be eligible for Public Trust

To meet the clearance requirements for this opportunity candidates must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Ability to pass a US Public Trust background investigation for access to the client site and computing systems.

The Senior Level System Administrator position must meet the requirements below. In addition highly recommend Unix/Red Hat Certifications.

The position requires a detailed background and experience in using Kubernetes for automating deployments scaling and management of containerized applications.

A sound expertise in cloud infrastructure and demonstrated experience with Cloud Migration with experience in the setup of key Cloud components such as networks security hardware storage and virtualization software.

Working knowledge and experience in Lift and Shift Migration; preferably with VMWare environment experience

Versed in technology insertion to support Tech Refresh activities.

Experience from analysis through test/authority to operate (ATO) of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Support the system requirements development utilizing Amazon Web Services tools such as AWS console AWSCloudCheckr AWS EC2 Secure Cloud Services Amazon S3 Cloud Object Storage AWS RDS Relational Database Services AWS Virtual Private Cloud and AWS CloudFront.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Project Outlook) and Microsoft Visio.

Experience supporting engineering disciplines across a system lifecycle.

Knowledge of the National Airspace System (NAS) and NAS information systems
