Cloud Ops Engineer Level 1 WindowsLinux OS

• Perform routine system administration tasks such as software installations updates and patch management on servers.
  
• Monitor server performance troubleshoot issues and implement optimizations for optimal functionality and responsiveness.
  
• Manage user identities permissions and server access controls ensuring adherence to security policies.
  
• Respond to incidents troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution to maintain server availability.
  
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for server configurations procedures and troubleshooting steps.
  
• Work closely with support teams vendors and external partners to resolve issues implement upgrades and address security vulnerabilities.
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years of success in operational/administration and deployment/migration projects in Cloud Environment.
  
• Ability to solve customer problems through cloud technologies
  
• Acknowledged helping to provide solutions to issues collaboratively resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with proper follow up and closure.
  
• Strong technical experience with cloud infrastructures migrations and technology management preferred AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification will be advantageous.
  
• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification or Azure Certified Administrator or Fundamentals is required
  
• Knowledge of Containerization technologies eg EKS/AKS/GKE/K8s/Open shift/Tanzu would be advantageous.
