Cloud Network Engineering Administrations

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for thought leadership in IT Network disciplines including methodologies configurations resiliency and performance
• Create and maintain network diagrams and utilization reports
• Monitor network for outages and identify utilization trends making capacity and configuration changes as needed
• Organize and label/tag virtual network appliances
• Adhere to service management and security policies
• Plan and communicate system activities
• Handle systems security administration and operations in physical/virtual/Cloud environments
• Support maintain and configure physical and virtual firewalls and load balancers ensuring optimal network security and efficient distribution of network traffic
• Establish configure maintain and monitor IPSec tunnel Sitetosite virtual private networks express routes and/or direct connect
• Support maintain and configure web application firewalls (WAFs) with a focus on staying updated on the latest threat prevention techniques
• Develop and consistently update comprehensive network diagrams and utilization reports for the entirety network infrastructure

• Support maintain and configure corporates VPN
• Ensure that virtual network appliances are properly tagged
• Monitor entire network to promptly detect outages and track utilization trends
• Identify patterns in network utilization that require capacity or configuration adjustments to minimize end user impact and optimize costs whenever feasible
• Coordinate plan and execute network capacity and configuration changes as needed including the installation of new networks when required
• Research and recommend innovative automated approaches for cloud network administration
• Take charge of network and IT troubleshooting leading collaborative problemsolving efforts involving external vendors support personnel and organizations
• Install configure test and maintain operating systems application software and system management tools in physical virtual and Cloud environments
• Adhere to all procedures and policies including Incident and Change Management protocols
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical support and process documentation
• Actively participate in implementing disaster recovery and business continuity strategies maintaining detailed technical support documentation
• Perform capacity monitoring and contribute to short and longterm capacity planning initiatives
• Fulfill oncall responsibilities and afterhours duties as required
