TITLE: Cloud Engineer

DURATION: 18month contract

LOCATION: Onsite (Monday Thursday) Lake Buena Vista FL *Open to candidates who will relocate themselves*

QUESTIONS THAT NEED TO BE ANSWERED BY CANDIDATE: Submission summaries need to address the Must Haves and Nice To Have

MUST HAVES:

1. DevOps background
2. 57 years of Software Engineering but not in web development or API
3. Must have Terraform and Snowflake experience.
4. 12 years of Terraform. There is a terraform provider that snowflake supports for managing anything within snowflake they will leverage that in a python environment they wont be writing terraform but they need to be familiar with state file and locking.
5. User level familiarity with Snowflake or more.
6. Python experience used in an Object Oriented method (theyll be working with functions and classes).
7. Need to have Database knowledge user level or analyst level.
8. Must be familiar with Typescript
9. Must have experience with GitHub
10. Must have AWS experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Project is to develop and maintain infrastructure as code for Snowflake. Everything done in Python experience with Python in Object Oriented fashion.

Design and implement reliable highthroughput low latency scalable and welldocumented code to tackle sophisticated algorithms and build cloud infrastructures components
Collaborate with engineers data scientists and other partners to make proposals across teams on their engineering work and practices
Design lowlevel implementation details of software which data structures class/function/code organization etc.
Propose technical implementation approaches which support architectural changes that address scaling and performance problems
Proactively seek opportunities to reuse or generalize existing services and implementations
Know the latest new technologies and best approaches in the field of data management and software engineering
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other members of the team
Conduct code review pullrequests with consistent scrutiny
