The project and the role description:

We are seeking a Cloud Application Developer to join the project of our clientat a leading aluminum and energy company dedicated to fostering businesses and partnerships for a more sustainable future.

As a Cloud Application Developer your primary responsibility will involve crafting software that serves as a competitive advantage for the business providing a distinctive experience for both customers and employees throughout the entire software life cycle (design development testing release and maintenance). Your role entails translating business requirements into functional software and contributing to the digital transformation of the organization by harnessing cloud computing services.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret product strategy and requirements creating suitable maintainable and scalable solution designs within existing architectural guidelines.
• Ensure seamless integration of software programs and devices with a focus on incorporating complementary technology across various functional areas.
• Foster innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development.
• Break down complex problems into straightforward solutions that can scale operationally and are easily maintainable.
• Provide alternative design options considering the target environment performance security requirements and existing systems while using an experimental mindset.
• Ensure technical solutions adhere to best practices are reliable easily maintainable and scalable under sustained load.
• Manage Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automating testing creation and deployment of cloud applications.
• Build and operate infrastructure toolsets and deployment pipelines.
• Design scalable and reliable cloud architectures meeting performance security and availability requirements.
• Integrate various cloud services to enhance the functionality and capabilities of applications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in the technology stack of the project (Azure EventDriven Architecture Databricks Python Java Spring C Docker Kubernetes).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Expertise in technology and computer science.
• Indepth knowledge of platform architecture design.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and languages.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture and design.
• Located in Czechia or Slovakia
