Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Closing/Sourcing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the closing process and sourcing new opportunities to expand our real estate portfolio. This role requires a detailoriented individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

1. Closing Management:

   • Oversee the entire closing process for real estate transactions ensuring timely completion and accuracy of all documentation.
   • Coordinate with attorneys lenders and other parties involved in the closing process to resolve any issues and ensure a smooth closing experience for clients.
   • Review closing documents and contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

2. Sourcing Opportunities:

   • Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities including properties for sale development projects and joint ventures.
   • Conduct market research and analysis to assess the feasibility and profitability of potential investments.
   • Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers property owners and other industry professionals to source new opportunities.

3. Negotiation and Due Diligence:

   • Negotiate purchase agreements contracts and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
   • Perform due diligence on potential acquisitions including financial analysis property inspections and environmental assessments.
   • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess risk and make informed investment decisions.

4. Portfolio Management:

   • Monitor the performance of existing real estate investments including rental income expenses and property values.
   • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of the real estate portfolio and maximize returns for investors.
   • Prepare regular reports and updates on the status of real estate investments for senior management and investors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Real Estate Finance Business Administration or related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate closing sourcing or investment management.
• Strong understanding of real estate law finance and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in real estate analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
