Clinical Support Staff - Weekends

Bashor Childrens Home is expanding its Weekend Residential programs operations and is seeking a Weekend Clinical Support staff.

Qualifications:

• License eligible Masters Degree (MSW MFT MA in Counselling etc.) and relevant direct care experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be selfdriven and motivated with a high level of professional integrity.
• Possess a commitment to education and professional development.
• A record of exceptional attendance and job performance.
• An ability to build morale and to aid in the development of a healthy team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide crisis interventions.
• Offer groups and oneonone support.
• Greet families assist with checkin and visitation procedures and model client focused service.
• Be trained as campus supervisor.
• Work directly with youth in programs as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

This position is nonexempt (hourly) and requires flexibility.
