Clinical Research Associate mfd

JOIN OUR TEAM! As of now we are looking for a Krakow based or homebased (PL) Clinical Research Associate (m/f/d) fulltime.

Tasks

You will be tasked with the daytoday Clinical Trial operations of our company including:

• Organizing and performing site qualification initiation periodic and close out visits according to applicable (Sponsors CROs or sites) SOPs regulations and principles of Good Clinical Practice
• Cooperation with Regulatory Department
• Maintenance of all trialrelated files and documents in accordance with clinical trial requirements
• Communication with Sponsor vendors and investigators (site management); coordination of investigators meetings
• Participation (if applicable) in preparation and review of study documentation e.g. draft protocols CRF monitoring guidelines
• Training of new CRAs in studyrelated documents and company processes.

• Degree in Life sciences Medicine or related areas and at least 2 years experience in monitoring
• Ability to work with other departments and project teams capacity to develop and maintain positive relationships at work and with internal and external clients
• Strong organizational skills ability to work under time pressure to prioritize work and to perform tasks in a dynamic and everchanging environment proactivity ability to work independently decisionmaking skills
• Current driving licence and willingness to allocate 50% of working time for travelling
• Very good command of written and spoken English; computer skills.
