Clinical Psychologist Telehealth

Syra Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team of mental health professionals. As a clinical psychologist you will provide psychological assessment diagnosis and treatment to our diverse patient population. Your expertise will contribute to improving the mental wellbeing and overall quality of life for our patients.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments interviews and evaluations to diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health concerns.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidencebased therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists nurse practitioners and other therapists to coordinate patient care.
• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to patients specific needs and treatment goals.
• Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records documenting assessment findings treatment plans and progress notes.
• Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of psychology.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute mental health crises.
• Participate in staff meetings case conferences and peer supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Know how to use the following software: scheduling EHR diagnosis billing and telehealth.
• Parttime position with flexible hours and the compensation will be based on the number of clients seen.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid psychologist license in the state of practice.
• Strong clinical skills and expertise in evidencebased therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with patients and collaborating with colleagues.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong ethical principles and commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations and cultural sensitivity.
