Shift: Varied 410hr Shifts&we attempt to schedule associates as consistently as possible throughout the week pending census
Opportunities for OT may be available and billable after 40 hr/wk
Length: 12wks
Weekend: Every Other Pending Census
HOL: Yes Pending Census
Float: No Needs are in the Central Pharmacy
Call: No Optional Guarantee: 40hrs
EMR: EPIC (Required)
Scrubs: Dark Blue
REQUIRED Min 2yr of Clin Pharm exp Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree required Acute Hospital exp preferred
Travel exp required
Proof of Education: Degree TX Pharm LIC ( gov/dbsearch/techsearch.asp) Sterile Compounding Certification meeting the TX Board of Pharmacy reqs BLS ACLS & PALS NOT Required
