Clinical Operations Manager

A. Primary role and responsibility is to ensure eClinics run profitably and with

absolute focus of providing hassle-free, “WOW” patient experience.

• Ensure agreed number of patient walk-ins happen in the clinics

• Ensure conversion of patient walk-ins to revenue generation through patient

care services

• Ensure eClinic profitability based on agreed targets

• Cross sell and upsell of key patient care services such as membership cards,

medicines, diagnostics, surgery services

• Manage CureBay eClinics within a district/cluster as Clinic Operations

Manager, you will visit the various clinics in-person and closely coordinate

with the nurses and pharmacists posted at the eClinics to ensure patient

walk-ins and high-quality patient care services.

B. Relationship building with medical consultants/Doctors:

• Generating doctor leads (locally)

• Managing doctor schedules per clinic ensuring doctors’ availability as per

need

• Ensure timely Doctor payout settlement

C. Community awareness and outreach activities to be planned to support patient

walk-ins:

• Expected to lead and drive Outreach activities (auto miking, social media

etc) to create awareness on doctor eClinic visits

• Responsible for Know Your Health camp coordination, lead generation and

revenue generation

D. Patient management and patient journey mapping to ensure high quality patient

experience:

• Receive patient feedback and ensure quick resolution of patient issues, if any

• Follow up with patients post eClinic service

• Work closely with programs team to ensure implementation of evidence-

based interventions for patients.

E. To be the leader in the respective cluster/district in designing and/or

implementing new projects that involve clinical staff and community participation

by collaborating with local stakeholders (ex. Eye care projects, Diabetes checkup,

Womens health clinics, etc)

F. Adherence of the SOP in the clinics for the designated cluster on Patient

Journey and Data management.

G. Closely coordinate with the stakeholders from cross-functional teams at

CureBay to ensure best of healthcare is provided to the rural communities we

serve.
