On this occasion our client is a Multinational Farma company focused on the treatment of impact disorders in a growing and transformationchallenging period.

We are looking for a Clinical Operations Managerto lead the clinical department:

Responsible for strategy development and operational execution of clinical development plans of corporate products with a global scope.

Design planning and management of Clinical Research projects including costs timelines resources and managing teams in an industryenvironment working also with CRO teams.

Liaised with patients team members and other businesses to foster productive professional relationships.

Administered regional budget and ensured operational quality goals achievement via robust business plans.

Writing and final revision of presentations technical reports proposals SOPs and documentation for IP and FDA filling.

Excellent laboratory skills (GCP) including the safe use of hazardous and toxic materials.

Highly competent in a variety form development and analytical development.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• More than 5 years as a Manager in a Clinical Department with a background asCRA senior (Clinical Research Associate) in Pharmaceutical Companies
• Experience in managing CRA teams planning projects and developing studies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Adaptability and flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing business needs.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make decisions.
• Degree in Pharmacy and Master in Clinical Research.
