Clinic Co-ordinator - Full time or part time
Location: Hale, Cheshire
Salary: Full time £24,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented individual to join a professional and highly regarded team as a front of house co-ordinator. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your own career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact to welcome patients to the clinic.
- Handle customer enquiries, providing guidance, product, and service information.
- Coordinate contact liaison and ensure a high-quality customer service experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain award-winning standards.
- Provide administrative support, including managing the schedule for the medical director.
Requirements:
- Excellent multitasking abilities with dedication, organization, and efficiency.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, professional, and organized with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work within a network of professionals and maintain high standards.
- Responsive, intuitive, and confident in dealing with patient and client interactions.
Other:
- Competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £25,000 per annum.
- Permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week.
- Shift rota covering Monday to Friday with 2 x Saturdays per month.
