Clients support lead manager (remote)

We are looking for a strong and proactive support team leader.

We are a growing online platform and concierge service for yacht booking. We are looking for an account manager.

You can also be interested in yachting, just like us, or you can just love the democratic atmosphere of online companies we will choose the one we like in terms of competence and spirit.

Tasks

• Coordination of the department's work on current tasks and projects.
• Solving and analysis of complex cases, working with claims.
• Training of new employees.
• Increase the number of returning repeat customers.
• Increase the number of positive customer feedback.
• Building and maintaining customer service processes.
• Initiating requests to other departments and solutions to optimize the work of the department.
• Analyzing the work of the department, performance evaluation, hiring and firing employees.

Requirements

• Knowledge of English (upper-intermediate this is a minimum required level) and knowledge of Eastern European languages will be an advantage: Belarusian, Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, etc..
• Higher education in marketing will be your advantage.
• Literate speech (speaking, written).
• Ability to work efficiently in multitasking and high-speed mode.
• Diligence in your work.
• Do not be afraid of the processing for which you receive a bonus.
