Client Support Specialist

Tasks

• Assist clients with inquiries regarding services offered by the company
• Provide guidance and solutions to clients needs and concerns
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to problem solve and think critically to address client inquiries and concerns
• Strong organizational skills to manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of services
• Experience in the freight and package transportation industry is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a small team of colleagues
