What are we hiring for
ATG has built a great team and we want to add to that team by bringing on a Client Provisioning & OnboardingSpecialist.

The role be based in Mexico and will work in a hybrid setting with 3 days in the office.

What will you be doing

  • Lead onboarding and provisioning of ATGs SaaS product line
  • Own professional services and onboarding of key accounts including ongoing Front End client facing customization projects
  • Coordinate internal and external resources ensuring that projects remain within scope schedule and budget
  • Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements scope and objectives that align with organizational goals
  • Manage ongoing support for ATGs SaaS products including:
  • Online and offline user facing guidance
  • Problem resolution and escalation
  • Liaise with engineers and product managers on potential bugs and tech failures

What will you bring to the team

  • Proven experience working with Global Teams & Stakeholders within varying time zones
  • Proven experience organizing and planning skills within Service Management & Project Management toolset
  • Strong relationship management skills with internal and external teams and stakeholders
  • Able to take direction from multiple sources ask questions raise risk in a timely manner
  • Proven ability to work well in fast pace and continuously improving/changing environment
  • Experience working independently with moderate guidance in team settings
  • Ability to learn onboarding/provisioning (from sales to delivery) process flows and best practices with drive for continuous improvement
  • Ability to learn ongoing support (from sales to delivery) process flows and best practices with drive for continuous improvement
  • Strong communication skills specifically focused on client support and engagement

What you need for success:

  • 3 years of proven professional technology services experience preferably within the auction house industry within a professional services/SaaS environment
