Job Description

Hybrid: 3 days remote 2 days onsite in the Minneapolis Saint Paul area
Salary: $50K$75K

Objective: Provide clients with strategic business intelligence and help clients continuously increase their Return on Investment from technology.

Essential Functions:

  • Complete business reviews at least every six months and check in monthly by phone.
  • Ensure client satisfaction meets or exceeds expectations
  • Review and help evaluate business technology questions and bring the client to the decision that will produce the best result for their situation
  • Provide continuous education on business benefits of aligning with client standards
  • Complete new client walkthru cataloging all devices and associated concerns
  • Provide pricing and information for new technology and projects
  • Understand the clients business and their Line of Business software and provide ideas on how to increase employee efficiency.
  • Provide introductions to Referral Partners to solve business challenges and profits.
  • Responsible for client renewals contract expansions overall business improvement project recommendations and technology enhancements.

Additional Functions:

  • Look for and recommend new technology as needed
  • Ask for introductions to possible new fully managed clients
  • Validate information and coordinate execution of strategic engagements
  • Order hardware needed for agreed engagements

Experience/Skills Required:

  • 4 years of experience in related field
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Able to make decisions and provide business information to company owners
  • Able to assess and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic selfstarter and team player
  • Data tracking as you go able to type 35 words per minute
  • Industry experience and technology competency
  • Experience with RMM and PSA / Ticketing Solutions
