Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any queries or issues promptly.
2. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and campaigns.
3. Conduct research and analysis to identify client needs and preferences contributing valuable insights to the team.
4. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients showcasing our services and capabilities.
5. Support the client servicing team in creating and implementing effective strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
6. Monitor and track project progress ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
7. Generate regular reports and presentations using MS Excel and other tools providing valuable insights to the management team.
