The Writech Industrial Services LTD is seeking a client service specialist to provide direct service to a variety of nonprofit clients with critical missions primarily serving the client sector. This position provides strategic advice and handson implementation in order to partner with clients to accomplish stated goals and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Facilitate key relationships with clients and GrahamPelton colleagues
Facilitate key relationships with colleagues assigned to the project
Demonstrate proficiency in the firms technological tools
Prepare develop and deliver materials for client engagement
Provide onsite and offsite service to assigned clients
Facilitate and lead regular team and client conference calls meetings and coordinate teams work
Attend and participate in key meetings with clients and prospective clients
Organize and drive work of internal project teams ensuring progress toward project milestones and completion
Work with project teams to ensure clientrelated communication is meeting the firms objectives
Provide strategic counsel to advance the service engagement
Provide critical support of sales activities
Spot opportunities for continued service / new engagements leveraging personal and client referrals
Required Skills:

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of previous fundraising or development experience in Healthcare or Academic Medicine
Willingness to travel
