Job Description

MW Partners is currently seeking a Desktop Technician to work for our client who is a leading global insurance company.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Checks and maintains conference rooms to make sure they are working properly.
  • Responds to and resolves issues from email chat phone and Service Now ticketing system.
  • Document track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions as defined by our internal Service Level Agreements.
  • Creating/Updating knowledgebased support articles.
  • Triage and trouble shoot unfamiliar issues.
  • Must be able to lift and place equipment of varying weight.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Use of collaboration tools (Webex/MS Teams) is a preferred.
  • Must have fundamental knowledge of computer networking.
  • Must provide exemplary customer service to all customers interacting with End User Computing.

Requirements:

  • 13 years of desktop support experience.
  • CompTia A Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Google IT Support Professional certifications are preferred.
