Merkel Wealth Management is a leading financial planning and wealth management firm in central Ohio. We are seeking a personable team oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships providing exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of the company.
The location of this role will be inoffice at our location in Columbus Ohio.
As a Client Service Associate you will do the following:
Respond to client questions and requests by providing accurate and timely information.
Manage incoming calls and emails.
Fill in at the front desk to greet clients when needed.
Process client transactions and ensure accuracy in account records.
Use our CRM to document and track client work items.
Provide support on products and services used by our financial advisors.
Complete and submit financial and investment documents including applications and withdrawal forms.
Compile reports and presentations for potential and existing clients.
Be up to date and knowledgeable on industry compliance.
Requirements

Intermediate knowledge of Excel.

Degree in business finance marketing or a related field.
Experience in the wealth management and financial planning industry.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
