Job Summary:

We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about our company and the clients we serve. The Client Success Partner (Account Manager) will act as a point of contact for our clients. They will build longlasting mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts always striving to find the resolutions which best fit the individual needs of the client. They also aid internal departments by collecting information such as sales leads or testimonials assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints and identifying industry trends.

Ultimately a successful Client Success Partner should collaborate and develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities in conjunction with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our services in the longrun.

To succeed in this position candidates should have exceptional communication computer and problemsolving skills. You should be resourceful analytical adaptable and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.


Job Description:
  • Assist the main Account Manager and build longterm relationships with our US clients.
  • Overseeing / managing the onboarding of new clients
  • Help customers through email phone online presentations and screensharing
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts customers stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Identifying industry trends.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our resolutions & training according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a daytoday basis
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
  • Other ad hoc sales administration duties
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams

  • Please note this is a US EST Shift (4pm 1am South african Time) Shift working from in office.


Requirements


  • Proven account management or other relevant experience for US Market
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization including executive and Clevel
  • Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bachelors Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of experience
  • Selfmotivated and able to thrive in a resultsdriven environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity reliability and maturity
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
