Overview:

The Client Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong longlasting customer relationships. They are responsible for understanding client needs ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Resolve client issues and address complaints in a timely manner
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Prepare regular reports on client feedback and satisfaction
  • Organize and attend meetings with clients to discuss their requirements
  • Research and identify potential new clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Manage client contracts and agreements
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Provide product knowledge and training to clients
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze results
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to attract new clients

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Good understanding of customer service principles
  • Experience in contract management and agreement negotiation
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of market research and analysis
  • Customeroriented mindset with a focus on delivering highquality service
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings as required
